Exacly what I was looking for

I needed a simple app to help me keep up with an increasing load of statements for our Christian school that I was previously doing by hand. It would take me hours to do what this app now does for me in minutes. It is simple to figure out by exploring for a little bit. It took me a few minutes to figure out how to post a payment, which can only be done after the invoice is made. I also like the function that allows me to rename any of the labels shown in the program and on the invoice. The only MINOR thing I really don’t care for is that in the templates, all of the designs bleed off the page. That’s great if you’re professionally going to print them, but on a normal, in-house copier, it looks cheap to me. I wish they were designed with a white border - but leave it to me to complain about design on a math-based app:) For my small-scale needs and no accounting experience, this was the perfect app for the perfect price.
